항공산업은 팬데믹의 어려움을 극복하고 빠른 회복세와 함께 매년 꾸준한 성장을 이어가고 있습니다. 이는 전 세계적인 추세로, 증가하는 여객 및 화물 수요에 따라 항공 분야의 일자리도 지속적으로 확대되고 있습니다.

이에 따라 항공경영을 전공하려는 학생들의 관심도 높아지고 있으며, 본 학과는 항공산업 전반에 대한 이론을 체계적으로 학습하고, 산업 현장에서 발생할 수 있는 다양한 문제를 분석하며 해결방안을 모색하는 학문적 기반을 제공합니다.

The aviation industry has overcome the challenges of the pandemic and is now on a path of steady global recovery and growth. This trend is not limited to Korea, but is evident worldwide, with a continuous rise in demand for both passenger and cargo air transport.
Reflecting this growth, job opportunities in the aviation sector are steadily increasing, and interest in studying aviation management is also expanding.
Our program provides students with a solid academic foundation in aviation management through systematic learning of key theories, while also equipping them with analytical skills to address real-world challenges in the aviation industry and explore effective solutions.

2. 교육목표

본 대학원 과정은 글로벌 항공산업을 선도할 고급 항공 전문인력의 양성을 목표로 합니다.

이에는 교육 분야에서 활동할 교수요원, 정부기관 및 연구소의 전문 연구원, 그리고 산업체의 항공 전문 매니저 양성이 모두 포함됩니다.

또한, 현재 글로벌 항공시장에 종사 중인 인력의 수요를 반영하여, 단기 과정을 포함한 다양한 맞춤형 교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것도 중요한 목표 중 하나입니다.

This graduate program aims to cultivate highly qualified professionals who will lead the global aviation industry.
Our goal includes the development of aviation experts across various sectors, including future faculty members in the field of aviation education, professional researchers for government agencies and research institutions, and specialized managers for aviation-related industries.
In addition, we aim to meet the growing needs of professionals already working in the global aviation market by developing new, customized programs — including short-term courses — tailored to diverse career paths and training demands
